I'm cultured, but not that much.

I'd say I'm a cultured person.
Why?
Because I read books, occassionally go to art exhibitions & once I even went to see a play. Ok, not exactly a play but it was a live stage comedy performance thing.

Therefore I am a cultured bloke. If not, I would be bikin-ing my bike and become a Mat Rempit. Then, I'll say things like "Weii wakenabeb!!".

And as I am a cultured bloke, it's obvious that I'd enjoy going out with cultured girls and do all these cultured things.
But the joy stops when they want to have sushi. I hate sushi. Never was a fan and never will be.
And just because I don't eat bloody sushi, I am deemed un-cultured. Well, fuck that.

Another thing that annoys me is that these people think that they're sophisticated and smooth and cultured and classy because they listen to jazz. Or Corrine Bailey Rice or whatever her name is. Well, eff that too (I'm trying to cut down on the swear words).

what makes art exhibition attendance a more legitimate yardstick of culturedness than say listening to jazz or anything else for that matter? has the culture police finally hit the streets or are you just trying to fit in using your own set of rules

that's an interesting look at it ... i have always love country music, and people who knew i do call me 'outdated, outclassed and uncultured'. but i dont give a foot about what they think because thats who i am! tho i do make the time to see live concerts whenever i get the chance... guess it depends on how u define 'cultured'...

but whats wrong with sushi?

how did you decide if you're a bloke or a chap or a lad?

Whoa. Last time I checked, it said Post a Comment not Questions! Anyways...

Ladydin: I don't know what's wrong with sushi. I just don't like it. It's kinda like duck. Some people love them and some think they smell weird. And for the record, I think duck smells (and tastes)weird!

Pyanski: In my humble opinion there's a subtle difference between bloke/chap/lad. I've always thought that chap is an old fashioned word for someone who's in between old and not so old, and wears a hat. Don't even ask why. And lad to me, generally refers to young boys. I'm definitely not young, and neither do I ever wear hats, so by the process of elimination therefore I am a bloke. And I'm being serious. I'm not mocking you. Plus, bloke is a nice word, don't you think?

Anonymous: Your question is the most difficult of all. I can say nothing except
Weiii.... Wakenabeb!!

I like duck.
Especially the crispy ones. Cooked with honey.
But not the monster katok duck at SS2.
Yang tergantung luar kedai.
Thats almost frightening.

hahahaha. not really answering my question but fair enough. you're one quick witted bloke i give you that.

pyan's question reminds me of a scene from The Office where they were arguing the differences between a midget and a dwarf when Gareth interrupts "so whats an elf?"

Dude, monster itik gantung kat SS2 IS frightening! And if I were to ever like duck, I'd think I'd prefer the crispy honey ones too.

Laa.. farock, kau ke rupanye. But I like the reference to The Office. Hilarious.
